The parking garage at Carroll Square consists of four subterranean levels. The garage is operated by Atlantic Services Group. They have parking attendants servicing the garage Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The garage usually extend its hours in conjunction with the Capital One Arena event schedule.
Parking contracts and validation stickers for your company's guests may be arranged directly between your office and Atlantic Services Group at 202.466.5050.
- Daily Parking: A daily parker is entitled to park in the garage, provided space is available. However, in most cases the vehicle will be valet-parked by an attendant. Overnight parking is not permitted for daily parkers.
- Monthly Parking (Non-Reserved): A monthly contract entitles you to park in the garage, on a daily basis. Monthly parkers may be able to choose the self-park option and park their own car, however, due to the configuration of the garage some monthly parkers will be valet-parked. Use your Kastle card to enter and exit after-hours. While the Kastle card does permit access at all times, we ask that cars not be left over night, where possible.
- Monthly Parking (Reserved): A monthly reserved contract entitles you to park in an assigned space that is always open and your vehicle will not be blocked in by other cars. A sign designating the space as, “Reserved,” will ensure your space is always available to you. Monthly reserved status also entitles you to the self-park option. Use your Kastle card to enter and exit after-hours.
Please report any problems you experience with the garage personnel to your Property Manager so we may assist you in receiving prompt and courteous service from the garage at all times. If you have any difficulty gaining entrance or exiting the garage, during weekends or after hours, please call Kastle at 703.528.8800. They will notify garage and property management personnel so that we may promptly serve you.
Because the garage is in use seven days a week for authorized monthly parkers, please remind your personnel and visitors not to block the garage entrance at any time. Any vehicle blocking the garage entrance will be ticketed and towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
Limited parking is available for bicycles on the P1 level of the garage. The two racks are offered as a courtesy. Please inform your Property Manager if you wish to use the bike rack on a regular basis.
The garage is cleaned on a quarterly basis. Clients receive advance notification of the cleaning schedule and we ask that you please make every effort to remove your car from the garage at the time of cleaning.
