We are invested in the health and wellness of our Clients. For the enjoyment of all Clients at Carroll Square, we provide a well-appointed fitness center. The facility includes a variety of cardio machines, exercise equipment, and free weights. Men's and women's shower and locker rooms are also provided for your convenience and include personal amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, mouthwash and towel service. For your comfort, HVAC is automatically operational in the fitness center until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. At all other times there is a thermostat in the fitness center so that Clients may adjust the temperature off-hours.

Prior to using the fitness center, we ask Clients to execute a corporate waiver which must be signed by the Client company as well as individual waivers signed by each of the employees who intend to use the fitness center. Once waivers are signed, and returned to the Property Manager, your Kastle card / fob will be authorized for access to the fitness center.
