The rooftop terrace provides a beautiful view the DC skyline for Clients at Carroll Square. It is an excellent place to visit during lunchtime break or to host private Client functions. The rooftop terrace can be accessed by using the freight elevator.

To reserve the rooftop terrace for office functions, please contact your Property Manager for details.

We request that a Rooftop Terrace Use Agreement be submitted and approved in advance of your scheduled function. To reserve the space, please review the Rooftop Terrace Use Agreement and contact your Property Manager to reserve the date and time for your event. You may wish to consider one of our on-site restaurants to cater your rooftop function.
