As required by law, the building is a non-smoking facility. Consequently, all public areas shall be designated as non-smoking, including the roof deck or other terraces, the pocket park, the garage, elevator lobbies, stairwells, all restrooms, the loading dock and all retail spaces. Smoking is permitted outside of a twenty-five (25) foot perimeter of the property.
