Our Building Liaison is a resource for amenities offered in partnership with Capitol Concierge and can arrange a variety of conveniences for Clients such as pet care, errand running, dry cleaning, event tickets, special occasion gifts or flowers, catering for meetings, event planning, and more. You may also enjoy the monthly calendar of local events from Capitol Concierge that can be accessed from the portal Quick Links under "Concierge Calendar."

There is a building liaison or security person stationed at the front desk 24-hours per day on weekdays, weekends and holidays. These personnel are provided to greet guests to the building and direct them to Client suites. Additionally, they ensure uninvited individuals do not loiter in the building or gain unauthorized access.

Security personnel are also available to escort our Clients to the parking garage during the evening hours if so desired. To request assistance with any of these needs, please contact the Building Liaison.
